I bought this considering my other reader died on me. At first it worked just fine on my phone so after awhile it started to take problems. The device and app tend non to connect. When it does it tends to just up and close on me while looking at pictures and videos. When I try to relieve anything thing to the app storage it freezes upwardly and won't salvage. It happens and then often I'm looking into other readers.

So when the original white model came out I purchased i and idea sugariness! Production arrived and I felt right away that the connection was going to be problematic. Used it for a few months and as time went on the connexion got worse. So I ordered a new one,( I know shame on me). That i experienced the same problems so I effigy we'll I'1000 done with that! Then BoneView sends me an email saying, "nosotros have this new model and we have corrected all of our issues!" And then I order the new orange one, and it worked great! Until I lost information technology some place and I ordered a new ane that I received last Thursday. Out of the packaging it is junk! Started out that it would load a few pictures so freeze up. Now it doesn't practice anything. So if you order one of these I'd social club at to the lowest degree four of them hoping one volition work as it should!

Bought the orange BoneView for iPhone a week agone. Read all directions and followed them. I plug information technology in and information technology usually says device offline.
